2.5% of the property sales price due at closing. Facilitation fees generally come out of the buyer’s down payment.

$0 due at closing. 2.75% of the property sales price distributed from monthly payments for up to 5 years.

Seller Financing Transaction Fees at closing generally include:
- Title insurance
- Title company escrow fee
- Scrivener’s fee (charged by neutral drafting attorney) – generally $500 / transaction.
